Encyclopedia
Hey there,
I'm Graham and I write this blog exclusively about Formula 1. I want to publish these articles in a way that's unique to the rest of the stale writing I see all over the internet regarding the sport. However, if you don't know much about the sport, here's a little encyclopedia you can use to help understand what I'm talking about.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
TYPES OF ARTICLES (or types I hope to write)
The Out Lap: A pre-weekend overview of what to expect, what I expect, and just generally interesting stuff that's unfolded since the last race.
The In Lap: A post-race review of how the weekend went, who did well, who didn't, and my thoughts on the weekend as a whole. The awards are also updated.
Off-Track: A bit of an open field for any random F1-related topics I feel like covering.
Hot Lap: A shorter read covering something without a ton of depth to it or breaking news that hasn't fully developed.
Championship Catch-Up: Whenever a long break begins, I will touch on both the Drivers' and Constructors' Championship standings, compare them to the previous, and forecast how I think it could change.
Driver Deep Dives: An in-depth analysis of a driver; his history, his current standing in the sport, his biggest achievements, and where I think he'll end up in the future.
Team History: Not much explanation needed. Going over the history and success of a team, regardless of if they're currently active or inactive in the sport.
& more to come.
